The newest addition to the CW team, Ariel brings nearly a decade’s worth of real estate litigation and transactional law experience with him.
Prior to joining CW, Ariel practiced law at Borah Goldstein et al, a leading NY real estate law firm. As CW’s in-house attorney, his strengths are devoted to drafting and negotiating purchase and sales agreements, lease agreements, joint venture and operating agreements and other corporate and operating agreements. He also oversees and coordinates all outside counsel work.
Ariel received his law degree from Hofstra Law School in 2010.
